I guess my question is: what would have to change, in the last example, to make it not WTF to you? To me it seems pretty straight-forward what is happening.

The first one is easy to understand though. parseInt takes two arguments: $thing_to_change and $radix; map iterates over an array and feeds it $value and $index. You're getting parseInt("10", 0); parseInt("10", 1) a

I didn't think of it at the time, but when my son and I went to see the film in imax over the weekend, I felt the need to excuse myself in the first few minutes to get a drink of water. I felt uneasy and my eyes kinda watered, but I ev

It is possible to include python with this? That is interesting

This looks great. I love the simplicity of it and how classnames are handled and just the overall lightweight feeling. Sidetone: I had to go to the github page to see browser support, maybe you can add it to the website. Thanks

Seems to work by using Python's wx module for html display. I cannot find info on what kind of HTML5/CSS3/JS support it has, anyone know?

I've been programming since the early 2000s and I would say that Node's growth/popularity is unmatched. There are a combination of things that makes that a reality though: you have JavaScript's growth on the back of what

This is the best implementation of Material in html/css i've seen. It's a little buggy, but nothing a few tickets won't fix. I'm constantly impressed with how fast you guys work.

Winamp was the only thing that I missed when I moved from Windows to OS X years ago. I tried to use VLC as a replacement, but it wasnt the same.

This is really nice. Is this workflow, creating new interactions by dragging the circle, an official Material Design thing?

I like it too. Reminds me of of the pin drop on apple/google maps when you find a location (or just about any other action done on an OS X machine). Sidenote: you people on the "tech internet" use the word innovation too much

This is interesting. At my job, a pretty big financial company, they automatically lock down USB ports on the company computers, but I think it is done on the OS (Windows) layer. Will that make a difference?

Didn't Google show off Chrome extensions that were low-level like C code a few years back? If I remember correctly, they even showed off an in-browser image editor and video games, what ever happened with that?

As someone who is more engineer than designer and can recognize good/great design, but cannot necessarily produce one myself, I feel that this type of feedback is great. If I look at a design or user interface interaction and say "

Its strange because it is there, but it didn't actually download. You can stream the songs and you can download them. Maybe they should have pushed a notification from the music app saying "Free music if you want it"

I find iTunes to be very useful. One place to manage all of the content on my device, back it up, and restore it (if necessary). Android file transfer is buggy and exposes too much to the user. While it is cool to look inside of DCIM or wdh

I find iTunes vastly superior to Android File Transfer. Actually, Android needs an "iTunes"-like application. Couldn't Chrome have an extension?

"The ny police is murdering..." doesn't make much sense in English. And it has happened more than once. The other time I can think of is when they killed the guy in times square.
