Been around for a while too, TheBrain is an interesting program. Probably ahead of its time. I hope it’s eventually open-sourced as I hope they’ve got loyal long-term enterprise customers to keep paying for support contracts and it would gr

All of the flight controller development I see is just circuit optimization for LC filters (cleaner video), integrated OSD, smaller 20mmx20mm footprint for micro-builds, hardware-wise anyway. There is a good amount of competition in the cle

Nice clean build, what frame is that? Just bought a pair of fly egg 100’s frames (not kits) for a tiny build but I was planning on deleting the “cage”. The FrSky TX is quite a project too, very interesting. You got a write up or project pag

Two weird bits of trivia about T2K, it supports spinner input via a secret key combo.[0] Later on T3K for the Nuon (a system which nearly nobody knows about) also supported spinner input but the spinner controller was never actually release

That’s only when you actually catch it mid stream. Once you hit space and start a new word it’s game over. Frequently happens at the worst moment when you’re trying to mash out a complex explanation in a rushed fury.

Sometimes - perhaps often - you are in situations where you have no control over the shell, in these cases writing "portable" shell scripts is helpful. I have been enjoying "Beginning Portable Shell Scripting"[0] by Pete
