The paper receipt most likely doesn't have any information (his name, email, etc) that identifies him as the actual person that was in the store that day and made the purchase. He said he purchased with cash or a card he doesn't h

I agree with your first sentence, in the current market. But an interviewer asking me about my previous job doesn’t worry me. “I left because I decided to take a 6 month sabbatical.” is a perfectly good answer. Don’t like it? Please let me

Word of caution: the market today is in a completely different regime than a year and a half ago. I would be hesitant to drop out without something lined up. I don’t expect things to improve drastically in the coming 6 months.

You complain about being called boomer while simultaneously reducing an entire neighborhood to "hipster doofus land". That's some real boomer stuff.

I disagree. This page is about the technical capabilities of the cable. 3ft vs 6ft is something you pick when adding the cable to your Amazon cart or whatever.

Wrong. Autopilot is a pretty standard smart cruise control, which many other carmakers have and have had for years. It works and it works well. You are thinking of FSD.

When I grew up screens were still green and Paratroopers was an amazing game. The level of experiential “complexity” was very low compared to what we have today: supercomputers in every pocket capable of displaying hyperrealistic experience
