(1) In theory, QucsStudio kernel simulator might be different to Qucs' one (qucsator). In my experience transient simulations usually converge without problems. The main issues I get take place in harmonic balance simulators. (2) QucsS

Blogging. I studied telecoms engineering and after graduating focused mainly in HW design and signal processing. I used to dislike options like web development that used to employ many people. Years later I thought of creating my website as

Yes. I intend to write one more article on single side band, and another one on the analytic signal. Including there the details you mention. But for this one I just wanted to focus on Hilbert Transform and a little bit on the applications.

The text attempts to summarize the Hilbert Transform for electronics engineers in telecoms applications just going to the point. It was written by me, and I am human. I think I got my purpose. But obviously the text will be useless for many

OMG... Did not know Amazon was the owner of Goodreads. There is practically no way you can buy a book online outside the Amazon ecosystem.

You are now in a perfect position to try a different strategy. Don't try to read or find any news at all... And just try to get informed by your partner. It can be a great filter and you didn't know it!

In my current company, managers are selected to know mostly nothing about the tech field of their group. In such a case, manager's main task is just selecting people for one or other project randomly. Consequently, they don't do a

From a European perspective (from Spain) it is so weird to read this kind of texts... Quite often here, the US and silicon valley are presented as the paradise for tech people, but now it seems to me that it is a paradise only if you can af

I think reddit is not comparable to HN. In reddit you can find forums about any topic, in HN you finf stuff for a tech audience. I like Reddit and I like HN.

I think that question is more complicated to reply than it looks like. From the point of view of HN, it should be better to open in new window. That avoids users going out of your page. However, as a blogger I have discovered the technical

In other countries, with less technical jobs, this effect applies to all kind to technical fields. You go to an electronics engineering class. There are a few superbrilliant people. The rest are quite clever though. As there are a few jobs
