You seem to know something about this, so could you tell what's the best routine?

How is there a text and a link in this HN post ? I thought it was only possible to have one of them.

Yes of course, but this applies to any model. We cannot know of any model is "correct", they are just tools to describe what we observe. If they are more predictive than other models, then we should use them. Or course it's b

> Dark matter models are fine-tuned to reproduce certain observations That's the definition of physics. Models are fine-tuned to match the observation and be predictive.

This is nonsense, cost of the printer is a very valid reason if you don't print very often. And what if you already bought the printer? Your solution involves trashing all existing printers, not very economical or ecological.

This works if you're just trying to solve the problem for yourself. The suggestion from the parent is if you're trying to help other people

That's not the point. The point the parent is making is that yes, languages that include safety features are slower, but you will actually need those safety features in C as well, in the code. So your program will also be slower in C.

Every country. Lack of water in a river is usually correlated to lack of water in the other river close to it (a common cause could be very hot and dry season with no rain for instance)

It's simply because the dates are not disclosed to the buyers. On the contrary, for a bridge, the lifetime is very clear to everyone involved in the construction.

Lack of water to cool down is unfortunately correlated across the country.

What ? Kanye West is not developping the apps himself, he is just giving money and maybe the ideas. I don't see why it should be terrible. And it's not what they do until it is. Amazon is making some decent movies and series.

What do you mean? Your brain is a high dimensional function. I'm not talking about what it is able to do, I'm talking about what it is.

I agree there's no high level reasoning (if there's a way to define this). But saying "It’s simply a high dimensional latent mapping between characters and pixels" is clearly a very bad argument. Your brain is simply a h

But the underlying reason is that some (most?) bugs are not worth fixing. If they were worth fixing, then managers would hire more engineers and get through the todo list. So engineers might feel swamp but I guess they shouldn't.

You want to send to jail everyone who distracts you and breaks your flow ? This seems extreme to me. Maybe you can take less extreme actions to avoid this, like putting your devices in "do not disturb" mode while you need to work.
