Just guessing; It might be really valuable to acquire a team of people, known to work / accomplish together. I think talent is not in short supply but god teams are hard to come by. Also, the patents they acquire might be important in

It does with a simple jsconfig.json file: https://code.visualstudio.com/Docs/languages/javascript Has pretty decent autocomplete, param info, jumps to definitions and references.

I used Atom for a while then switched to VSCode. Atom always felt a little "wrong" after Sublime. It works perfectly but there is this feeling of heaviness on all interfaces, scrolling etc. VSCode works great, completely replaced

Even with an extensive test suite I would not be comfortable automating public dep updates. But, I guess you could set up a whitelist for internal modules that your own org manages to propogate uptades up to deployment.

hg is DVCS though. I think CVS and SVN were easier to understand than git. But then again, the understanding of those miserable stuff often lead to anger, then hate and suffering.

Surprised they weren't doing that already. Facebook has javascript injected on a lot of sites, always assumed that they'd collect a shit ton of data whether you are a user or not. Also, all ad blockers block google analytics like

I guess service workers might solve a lot of issues here. You could do weird stuff like basically serving a tar file for all assets and use a service worker to handle individual requests.

Is there any data regarding to this? Does github, npm, etc. release any web stats? Atom collects some telemetry I guess, it might provide good insights. Anything public?

TLDR; Author actually wants to use Python. Used Node.JS regardless, for whatever reason.. It did not work the way Python works. Author is frustrated. Complains that JavaScript is not Python.

Seems that there's no mention of async functions and no browser support apart from Edge. Are there any concerns about it's availability in ES7 at this point?

We don't have Uber here in my country. But I find it interesting that almost everything I read about Uber's customer experience is positive. People seem to like Uber rides. Meanwhile, every other news about the company itself impl

Answering myself; it seems to be well documented: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/docs/de... m stands for milli and that means 100m would allocate 10% of a cpu core. Or virtual

What is the unit "m" used for CPU quota definition? Does "100m" stand for any measurable cpu power? Memory is defined as actual bytes but CPU is kind of weird.

I think OP was categorising those who will download 100mb+ apps without 10GB mobile plan without realising what they do as idiots. Not everyone with low caps. BTW, wat? I'm in Turkey with a 20GB mobile data plan. It's not cheap (3

I felt like this about Google services for a long time now. However, we decided to go with GCE for some of our recent / less critical work and to be honest, I've been really happy. We had decent support and even our requests throu

Even if there is an agreed on schema, parsers can generate native Date objects on the recipient if there is a date type. When you deserialize a nested graph of objects, it's hard to convert each date to an actual date if what you get i
