When you rate an app, leaving a comment is optional - and most people only bother to rate rather than also write a review. For scammers to hide their tracks, they need to make sure they also leave a comment in some fraction of their submitt

I've never thought Apple was a saint - they've always been a for-profit company. But I've always thought they'd want to do the right thing with regards to this issue, because to do so is a win-win situation: they protect
