My idea for that is UI Drafter, which eliminates the need for graphic design thinking when spec'ing out and prototyping so domain experts can collaborate more directly. https://uidrafter.com

A few years ago, I had no power for 8 months, so I was coding on paper first. One day, after finishing a program, to my surprise, I noticed that I was sweating and was being bitten by mosquitos. The days before that I could barely sleep or

They are different. UML is for thinking about the data, while UI Drafter is for focusing on the user needs. I'd say ERP tools are the result of what you are worring about.

The browser's default CSS can be removed with: document.head.insertAdjacentHTML( 'beforeend', '<style>* { all: unset }</style>') Or compile a browser without them.

For graphic design yes, but for content design, although paper is easier is not as efficient. For example, when reordering, and grouping sections. And as you mentioned, even PowerPoint click-through prototypes are valuable and familiar.
