The company I work for plans for that and it's definitely not FAANG. In fact, DR planning and testing is far more important than stuff like continuous integration, build pipelines, etc.

CSS sucks and I don't think I'll ever be convinced otherwise.. it's just a mess of tricks you have to remember. The people that do spend time memorizing the tricks turn around and say "hey! look! it's awesome"
