   I dont have a problem with this. Seems like a reasonable measure. People illegally here in our country should not be allowed to have a US bank account. It's as simple as that.

   It sure is. Look up the SnoopSnitch project, https://opensource.srlabs.de/projects/snoopsnitch . It will alert you if your phone connects to a fake cell tower aka stingray device.
