The idea is you use a reseller for all your products, they manage the relationship with the manufacturer or publisher and work to get you the best price/service. If you have doubts about using a "middle man" keep them honest

The theory behind it is sound, the issue is with sustainability. Changing the ecosystem that much when you have no idea how sustainable the growth is or how it will affect the ecosystem as a whole is risky.

Sales for a publically traded company. If you don't show growth above average, you will be fired. Unrealistic quotas and complete ignorance of market conditions (quota is the same in a boom or bust) leads to high performance standards.

The main goal with propaganda like this is to subvert other messages so they align with your own intentions. IE: Guardians of Peace hacked Sony because the US is a bully, etc.
