Think about Datomic. It can use Riak as a backend or something else but it is still seen ad Datomic to the outside world. (You can also compare it to Lucene vs Solr)

What about Polymer? It would be also interesting to see it compared to Angular and React.

How is this supposed to work? If I click on `Start` it loads a page then nothing happens. I have to click `Start` repeatedly to make it visit new pages despite that it says it is `Running`.

How does Common Lisp compares to Racket nowadays? I've seen a lot of activity but I can't decide which one to try out. I only have time for one of them ATM.

Do you prefer it over Clojure? If yes why? I'm a bit versed with Clojure but sometimes I feel that it is not a true lisp.

Scala macros are not like clojure macros. Clojure is homoiconic while scala is not so you really can't compare the two.

There is `clojure/core.typed` if you want types or `clojure.spec` if you want specs. What I love in Clojure (and in any lisp for that matter) is that you can imlement language features if you need them and the language itself provides

Thanks, I'll try it out! Is it applicable for someone with zero Haskell experience? Am I supposed to join a class which starts somewhen or how this site works?

What if an artist pulls his stuff from Spotify? You have to bux his stuff if you are interested. Spotify and its ilk are a leaky abstraction (sadly) and you will end up missing stuff (or live with the fact that it is unavailable). Note thet

My problem is that I am not a Ruby dev and when I need to use Ruby stuff they break each other. I expect a language to be able to produce self-contained binaries which run in isolation (and expect this to being the norm). With Ruby I just f

I once managed to create a park with a negative amount of guests. I believe it was a concurrency bug: if a guest is drowning (because water appeared below him for example) the game subtracts 1 from the number of guests just before he dies.
