1.2A doesn't say much without knowing the voltage. If you're in the US and (this being a CRT monitor) it's running on a mains voltage of 120V, this would be 144 watts.

Septentrio, Hemisphere and Trimble have boards capable of receiving NavIC/IRNSS, at least. The cheapest module would probably be Septentrio Mosaic-X5.

You should also have a look at the much better performing Septentrio Mosaic series of GNSS receiver boards. There are dev kits available for a dual antenna heading RTK receiver for around €750. And €645 for single antenna. Dizzyingly cheap
