Wealth and Income taxes are both wrong. What we need is to tax Land and Rents. By taxing land via a Land Value Tax system, and rent seeking monopolistic behavior, this will allow productive labor and productive capital to be exercised for e

The fact that the model recreated the interior dome pattern is concerning and makes me think this didn't test what they think. The interior dome pattern isn't visible in either picture. So it took the picture, and the name, then e

They show dots eventually, but those Indian dots should be there by 100AD, same with Ethiopia. Some of the dates they use the official kingdom conversion dates, and not the presence of a church.

So its nothing to do with a data center, its something any large scale building could cause.

That doesn't make any sense. Data centers just use some water for water cooling of cpus, there isn't anything to pollute. If this isn't fake, its probably a broken line.

Interesting. So the idea is that the senses are just damages, not dead. So use a really strong scent/smell to invigorate them, get something going through them, and have that redevelop the neural pathways (not a biologist).

Qwen3.6 with claude code works great. I get a lot better results with that than opencode and qwen3.6. Claude Code is a great harness, and good harness/tool integration makes a big difference. You just have a settings.json with your oll

People generally underestimate the amount of damage to morale and civic pride the lack lack of police enforcement causes. People see people speeding and driving recklessly, vandalism, littering, and violent crime with impunity.

Wow that is a lot faster and nicer than Github. This is a good example of large companies wouldn't send someone across the street to pick up $1M off the ground. If Google actually released that and a repo to public, they could take Git

Someone whose hobby is Gaming, saves up diligently to pay $1k for a GPU, now has the rug pulled from under them and its $2k. Amortizing a $1k GPU over 4 years isn't too bad, $250 a year, $20 and change a month vs $500 a year / $40

This matches with my experience. Men really don't hold grudges against authority that give them stern, but fair punishments. Think of any sports coaches that make their athletes do extra running or push ups or whatever for punishment.
