For me Foursquare is a good measure if someone is a friend or not. Too bad most of my friends aren't on it. Wasn't Path's idea to be a network only used with friends? again, too bad none of my friends are on it.

You're more likely to have a conversation with a friend of your friend. It's generally much less threatening than talking to a complete stranger. This is how cocktail parties work, people are connected mutually through a friend.

I think a lot of its cost comes from the fact that the device is made in Oslo. In Norway, labor prices are upwards of $125 USD per hour. If hamburgers are $50 there, then it makes sense that this thing is priced like a couple of hamburger

Nonfiction still has the viewpoint of the writer. Even if the narrator is silent, their biases and worldviews infiltrate the work. At least in fiction this is explicit.

Yes, but the Model S's on the road are less than a couple of years old. How many gasoline fires are caused by cars that are a couple of years old? I would guess this comparison would put the gasoline fires more in line with Tesla car
