I believe that patient information even at the Physical Therapist levels require HIPAA compliancy. I'd speak to a lawyer before you start having people use this, so that you are not liable.

I'm not sure what this does differently from every other search engine, or search engine aggregator? Aggregating results via third party APIs is a neat, although old, stunt -- but doesn't exactly translate into a startup business to compete
