There is an old Albanian movie called 14 vjeç dhëndër (14 years old groom) which shows also the privacy keeping problems they had in small villages. There are some secrets that everyone, even in a family, keeps. People can't know if you d

Am I the only one who is thrilled more about the depth capturing and projection than the UI applications? Since I don't own a holographic projector I just posted some images and videos of recent relevant Kinect hacks on my blog http://www.

In the eyes of a lot of non tech-savvy people (like my parents, or lots of facebook users), Zuckenberg (or the guy who invented Facebook) is more known than Jobs (the guy who [co-]invented Apple). Despite how those actions weight.

Adding to the others. You should understand the difference between Web design and UI/UX design: it's like Monet/van Gogh versus Da Vinci. In UIs you're crafting like an "engineer", while with general website design (eg. most of the cases do

Actually parents could buy the app, because it seems interesting; and then forget it and leave it there to run for years. I mean from a marketing standpoint you can sell it, and sell lots of it, but if you educate your users by saying that

I'm on Firefox 3.6.8/Win, and I have the same problem. It's more a problem with the browser itself (FF4 with retained layers should have no problems I guess). This also happens when you abuse with shadows (text or boxes/divs). edit: @joshua

Firefox is a single-process application, and won't let you start another one (at least sharing the same user data; you can run a different build, but you can't share/use the same user data).

I tried the addon (FF4 only), you don't really have to organize them all the time (at least from my experience). If you have 1 tab open, and then click on a link, and open it in a new tab, it will automatically be grouped together with the
