Perhaps one of the most mind-boggling parts of this project is it has a hand-rolled parser for the subset of C++ that it can emit. All implemented in a single header. Equal parts impressive and crazy. https://github.com/tpec

asmjit is great; I used it for building a primitive (but quite fast) query engine for in-memory graphs. It made it simple to go from query AST to native instructions, most of which was "call this other compiled function".

I usually roll my eyes and move on when someone makes an inappropriate comparison to 1984. So this is actually quite a nice surprise that this is literally something that would be in 1984!

Scrap recyclers should be required to keep a log of who they're buying scrap from, so there's a paper trail to identify patterns with. Some states require scrap yards to do that with catalytic converters, for the same reason.

I wish that were the case, but there's not much that can be automated with a CNC in the production of these board patterns (I've tried, a lot). The parts that can be aren't related to actually making the pattern itself: flatt

Making large batches of the same board is absolutely faster; I'm having a hard time thinking of a single counterexample. I estimate each additional board I make is only 10% more work than the time to make a single. Best example I'
