I too would miss GPS, BUT I've still never found anything that really fills the pebble shaped hole in my life. My Garmin compromises the other stuff (battery, widgets, calendar, display readability etc.). Everything is a trade off.

That’s true, I regularly remember going to pubs, friends houses and sporting events that I was far to young to be at, but was just there because my parents where doing a thing.

My only issue with the plug is 3. sort of. I prefer the cable being perpendicular to the plug (prevents accidental removal), but I wish there was a standard dictating which way it should leave relative to the earth pin. Drives me mad when p

Hi, how are predictions verified? Does one still do experimental techniques (X-ray crystallography, cryogenic-em etc.) one you have the prediction? Or are predictions so close to reality you can progress without experiment?
