I would have assumed that innovation increases with experiences, knowledge and resources. One of the reasons startups target the young is surely naivety, e.g. stock options, altruistic work, and so on. While older workers are happy to take

I assume that if this was on the cards at all they would've done it earlier. Let's keep our fingers crossed though, it could make a big difference in the direction of technology (and thus the world) from here on out.

There’s certainly chances for failure, but I’m inspired by the fact they try anyway. I see at least one Model S everyday. Tesla have objectively made an impact, and in my books that’s a good thing.
