Isn't this basically Redfin? It might not be a flat fee, but it is a reduced fee. Also intermediaries are still needed for guidance and walkthroughs, its not like viewing homes online is all there is to it.

I can't tell if this is serious or not (admittedly without reading the white-paper). A reference to 'tokenized quantum signatures' (what the hell is that?), and a new cryptocurrency without the crypto part and without the dec

Forex markets are basically as liquid as you can get -- of course some exceptions, but I think the idea still holds. While an existing fiat currency might derive its confidence from different sources than that of a digital currency (taxes,

The same thing that makes one fiat currency more valuable than another -- the demand/supply/confidence for that currency.

I just read through that as someone who had been semi-following .NET Core up-to the project.json mini-crisis and I am completely lost. How is anyone supposed to just pick up (.NET Core|.NET Standard|.NET Framework) and understand what frame

Things about the React ecosystem pretty much anyone will tell you -- outside of complaining about why you use className. Yea all the libraries and tools get confusing. But, you don't need redux, mobx or react-router for most applicat

Would he not have a case of gross negligence against Zecco if he were a customer? Is there something preventing a lawsuit, outside of the possibly non-binding NDA?

I understand, but I don't think we can put the blame on the consumer alone. When all pretty-much compete on price alone, we can only compare on price alone.

Well, differentiating airlines is hard. To me, a for the most part non-traveler, they all offer pretty much the same product, quality-wise. Unless I was to up my ticket to some other class, every coach ticket is pretty much the same. So wha

Admittedly I have not done much work with Angular, but this seems to be more of, "Is Your Home-Grown Per-Entity Data-Fetching Solution a House of Cards?". The relay idea is nice but it makes a little more sense in a GraphQL-based

Going off this, requesting an email receipt is something that should probably be handled by Apple Pay/NFC payments and not an additional barcode. One touch, approved and receipt emailed (the pesky chips take too long to verify).

I don't think people set-out to not think, it's just we're by default lazy thinkers. Cognitive dissonance pushes us to find our own contained, biased circles within the internet, where we can 'think' without the req

Is it possible that the people at the CIA are abusing their privileges, of course; however, there still needs to made a distinction between what is possible and what was presented in this document drop. Within the drop itself there was no e
