You'll probably have the best luck dissecting a program you're interested in.

>>>"...understanding that sin represents the y value of a point on a unit circle..." Wow, I'm enrolled in a college trig class right now and your comment just made me realize that. Thanks for the heightened understanding :)

Usually I read HN comments before the actual article, and as a result I was unaware of the blog's title before reading his comment. It provided value to me, at least.

I still don't get it :/ Where did the 'paul' part come from? (Yes, I'm aware of the play-on-words with the name.)

Can we get some supporting evidence, please? This strikes me as a little unreasonable.

It appears to me that you publish your essays in bursts. Coincidence, or the result of something else, such as working on multiple essays in parallel?

I made this because I found myself getting around noprocrast by opening lots of tabs and not refreshing them. This ought to solve that problem, though it could just be another step in an arms race against myself. Hope someone else finds it

I like the new stories box at the top. If many new stories don't get voted up because people just don't see them, then the box seems like it could alleviate that problem.

For learning Javascript, I used http://eloquentjavascript.net/ It's really thorough, and if you get stuck somewhere you can email the author for help.
