Also the author's approach doesn't take into account dealing with multi-value form elements such as `<select multiple>` or multiple `<input type=checkbox>` with the same name which is all handled by standard HTML forms

I guess most people's experience of living in London is because they lived in shitty rented accommodation. Most houses in London were built before the 1970s. Being rented would mean they they would be less likely to have double-glazing
