TNMOC is awesome. Every geek in the UK should go. You can gift them old computing books for their growing library. Colossus is cool but seeing stuff I never knew about was more exciting e.g. The Dekatron with its decimal memory you can visu

I wrote myself a similar tool for myself using NRefactory so I can fill you in: I found that converting 10k of C# was incredibly quick and the overall build time was still totally dominated by the slow TypeScript compiler. You are right tha

You can have hierarchy within an effective team. Its not mutually exclusive in the same way that lack of hierarchy guarantees nothing. Group problem-solving can reveal team problems and help resolve them. If your team is not working well to

If you generalise the whole world of ideas and problem solving to the word "creativity" then I have no idea what conclusions you can make. There are a great many types of idea generation to solve unrelated classes of problem. Brai

Man I love AdBlock. I used it today to block "Hot Network Questions" on StackOverflow. The click-bait trivia was driving me nuts. I'm there to work and hated being distracted by that crap. Two clicks and ahhhh, much better.

What is the market penetration through other stores compared to the pre-installed Play store? - 1:10, more? The total control of Apple is an obvious problem but in practice, dominance despite an 'open market' can be just as proble
