   > Every cloud provider has their expensive “thing”. Ingress is always cheap, egress always expensive. AWS has their “Managed NAT Gateway”, after all, the sit-in-the-corner money printer that never fails. This is my pet peeve with cloud

Google purchased the port authority building in NY for 1.8B on 2010 [1]. They also made a ton of real estate investments in CA and UK. I imagined that with the pandemic and prospects of less employees in the office things would slow down. B

So Facebook will (in addition to policing free speech) police the right of assembly. There's no way this can go wrong.

It puts the burden on judging what is or isn't protected free speech or hate speach in the hands of actual judges that are appointed for that purpose exactly.

What's a good solution then? Who should be the judge of right vs wrong if not for actual judges? Or you think no monitoring is the best scenario, even with evidence of how speach has been weaponized on social media to push for conflict

In theory this data is also available from carriers. But Google can keep record of your gps if you enable that. I think switching to apple is a bit of overreaction over this. You are able to disable location tracking on Google.

Slow down echelon. We're here debating if it's a good idea to clone a woolly mammoth. It's going to take decades until we as a society even start to contemplate the ethics of immortality

So it's basically a XML file that defines sticker packs and stickers as png files. No notes on size constraints, image formats, installation, distribution, sharing across apps. Seems like an early stage standard.
