Thanks. The idea came up thanks to the pandemic. I wanted to make it super simple to make any pdf file reachable via qr code. I’m sure the market is a lot bigger, but I never really spent any significant effort on marketing.

It was not an issue this far, but if it gets more popular, it may become an issue. I am not actively promoting it though.

I built whoaverse during my studies which went on to become voat. You do not need a lot of resources to run such a site, but you do need a way to monetize it. We ran on donations and the ads that we ran were never profitable. Donations are

This is what I'd venture to say as well, having had my fair share of experience tinkering with attiny45, which I could run for years on very low power. It doesn't add up.

If this was a paid google feature, I would gladly pay for it. Log in, add the sites you never want to see in their search results, save, and use.

I am trying to promote https://pdf2qrcode.com shamelessly. The struggle is real :) Edit: the downvotes confirm the above.

The universe does not owe us anything. Speaking of email - why would I work for free (as an email provider) so that you can have a reliable email address and not pay for it? We live in a capitalist world. If you want free services - ask you

The resolution is to wait for the teams app to update. How many people will even get the update? Many have disabled automated updates. Don't call it a phone if it can not dial 911!

This story keeps coming up. When you pay for email, you get a customer status. This entails a SLA and a bunch of other rights, which you most likely never get from a free service provider. I hope if those reading these comments still use fr
