You won't believe it, but millions of people did exactly this, and are still doing it. US came to existence by immigration.

This is only partly true, but even then, I wouldn't it call it idiotic. After all, can you defend your thesis in the US in French? You can't. So, why would it be idiotic for the French to expect theses at their unis to be defended

Most PhDs in Netherlands accept English speakers, and they all have many international students. When you find a position advertized, you can ask them about the procedure for non-EU citizens.

Well, they do accept some kind of responsibility: it is spelled out clearly in the license what they accept, and you can choose whether you prefer the terms defined in GPL, or MIT (Transmission is dual-licensed).

I am aware of that. The question was not whether more than 8 GPUs would be useful in ideal circumstances, it was about how many people actually use that functionality with other frameworks other than DL4J? BTW I do not have any connection w

I don't know, but I am curious about how many people, in percentages, outside Google and Facebook and the likes, need to scale their models to more than 8 GPUS?

These three are all excellent, but I'm not sure they pair well with the OP's book, which is written purely from the frequentist perspective. The books practically speak different language.

It's probably different in USA, but in lots of countries there is no such thing as a personal bankruptcy. So, that (once not so large) personal debt can just keep to weigh you down for the rest of your life, if not even worse.

So, excluding the "as you wish" part. You are not free to distribute it as you wish, but as the GPL directs you. (I support both GPL and BSD style OSS, and I am usually pro-Stallman, but the OP really has a good point here)

Simple explanation: communist occupation of East Germany by the Soviets brought there the "excellent" development opportunities also seen in the rest of Eastern Europe and Russia. Before that, Prussia was way ahead of Bavaria.

I doubt that Putin is Uyghur, nor he looks like one. But, that's besides the point. Even if he was Uyghur, that would make him a member of a minority nation from Russia, who would speak Uyghur language as his mother tongue. I do not se
