You can use GraalVM, I guess? But keep in mind that the code typically runs faster on the JVM. https://www.graalvm.org/

A few minor notes: 1. This seems to be oriented to convolutions. While convolution is rather important for image-oriented DNN workloads, there is DNN beyond that, and DNN are not the only technique for machine learning. 2. The graph shows 2

Torrents and other P2P networks literally redefined how people consume music and movies. And people used p2p a lot for quite a time. Is there anyone that uses blockchain for anything, other than speculation? Any dapp used by more than 100 p

Yes, but what makes it possible to service such debt at such scale is that US can strongarm the whole world into submission. It is not the only thing that matters (relevant to the USSR example) but it is the major one.

Cuda program doesn't have to be a string. I keep them in regular .cu files, and just load them with slurp into clojure repl.

Neanderthal has an OpenCL backend, and ClojureCL can be used for programming your own stuff, and they both work fine with ROCm's OpenCL support.

Amazon "open sourced" OpenJDK, which has been open source since the day 0 of Oracle purchasing Sun? Oracle just committed to maintaining backports for OpenJDK 8, and that part of Oracle's business it might be commoditizing: p

The article /does/ discuss that, and mentions that Open Source in the sense of software technology has been a huge success, but also that as a /business model/ is far, far, behind the proprietary models. It also mentions

As RedHat's software is open source, isn't it possible to buy the same services from other companies? I was under the impression that OP objected to their revenue being 90% from services regardless, that's why I commented.

I don't have any contacts with IBM business-wise, so my question might sound naive: Why 90% services revenue would be a problem? They have to fund these R&D and open source contributions somehow.

You can of course create Clojure/lisp code that would generate kernel code, but I am strongly against it as the default option, since I find plain C much better suited to small kernels close to hardware (which are only a small proporti
