Have a look at Remarkable 2. It isn't cheap but I think it's the closest to what you're looking for. There are some Chinese alternatives based on Android also with an e-paper display, but I think Remarkable 2 is better.

Pass is nice, but I prefer KeepassXC because it's multi platform, Linux, MacOS X, Windows, Mobile and also command line, and you don't have to trust an online service not to be breached
