One of the things that Freenode (and other networks) allowed that I haven't seen from Libera.chat (yet) is the ability for others to host servers as well. I wonder if that will show up in time, or if the plan is for only Libera.chat se

Designing and coding up something of this importance in less than a week is impressive. Strangely, what I'm more impressed with is that, in 2003 - 11 years after all of this happened - Bell Labs still had _sendmail logs for two users o

A git commit is a "how," not a "what" or a "why." That's where JIRA comes in (if used properly). I don't love JIRA, but (IMHO) when it's used properly, it's a great tool.

The problem I've found with this statement is that then no one ever changes formatting for fear of "messing up blame for the affected lines," and then no reformatting ever gets done. At some point, take the leap and do it (as

As someone who's used argparse recently, this would have been helpful. argparse is great, but it's (personally) rather cryptic especially if you're not intimately familiar with it.

The problem is that this takes time. On one PR, sure, okay. But if you have 50 of the spammy PRs, even with Copy and Paste, this will take several minutes (maybe up to an hour, depending) of a maintainers day (and really, per day, however l
