I've also found the documentation tough to use when I need to jump back in and answer something like "how do I _____?" It feels like one of those sets of docs that's better approached by just reading the whole damn thing

You're right, it isn't really utility/functional CSS - it's more akin to BEM [1] at this point. But having used both...I think it's pretty much six-of-one, half-dozen of another; you can write good or poor CSS both

Agree with this. I really like having video on for everyone but some meetings don't have that vibe and if people have it off then turn yours off as well. Not everything has to be your way!
