I agree with this. The same goes for subscription cars. Default on the monthly payments and they take it away. If you purchased a rust bucket of a car, you own it and if it all goes south you still have a roof over your head.

The UK's "sugar tax" too have ruined most drinks. Most have been replaced with aspartame or sucrose. It doesn't even come near to how it used to taste. That and palm oil. I miss the old Irn Bru which was something like 8

I'm not saying you should, but cheap laser pens can do fair damage to a camera CMOS sensor. I discovered that with my Sony Ericsson k700i with a laser pointer when trying to take a picture of the laser.

Because they can; it's a racket. Like paid SSL certificates, all of it is corporate greed. One solution is running your own DNS servers. This way you can list your own TLD's. However good luck in convincing others to change their
