This is only for the WebView object embedded in Android apps. Chrome and Firefox have supported WebGL on Android for a long time.

I was able to get the Google Wallet options to appear and hit 'purchase', but the the 'purchase' POST request timed out. Trying again, but now I'm seeing this: "Try again. We couldn't find you a ticket, but there still might be tickets left

They spent their time populating the site by hand because ultimately they knew that's how their users would do it. The accounts they used weren't fake, they were just the two guys building a site with a lot of test accounts.
