As expertly put by Upton Sinclair, "it is difficult to get someone to understand, when their salary depends on them not understanding it."

Y'know, this is the one time that i thought lawyers wouldn't let it slide. I still don't understand why apparently there aren't _massive_ class-action (or similar) lawsuits worldwide against AI companies. LLMs are full o

> The program is becoming buggier and less reliable over time You know, this bugs me out. Claude code, macOS, Windows... they're all becoming buggy, filled with papercuts everywhere... and this coincided with layoffs + mass adoption

Disclaimer: not an """AI""" enthusiast. I think it takes away the joy of coding, which makes me sad. With that out of the way, I don't think there will be "people inheriting codebases" for much l

I removed the protocol and last slash from the URL and it worked. "False positive. Site does not ask for info and is clearly comedic in nature."

Same here. I'm torn between "feels bad being the only sane person in an otherwise insane environment" and "I have enough self-awareness to realize I cannot be the only sane person here".

When you think about it, "vibe coding" kinda enables gambling, but with software. You set up your prompt, CLAUDE.MD, include the source files and let it rip. It gets some things right, some things wrong. You fix some things manual

Also known as "parenting". This would be solved long ago if it were not a politically charged topic. So much wasted time, it boggles the mind.

This looks hella cool. Go go hacker spirit! :) > some of these have usbc charging circuitry while still being disposable This surprises me. Does it make sense financially? I mean, large scale economics and all, but still interesting.

I see node_modules I get angry. Also, anything electron induces a strong sense of "where did we go wrong?" Also, mobile-ish interfaces on desktops. Ugh!

IMHO its far worse than "I googled this". Googling at least requires a modicum of understanding. Pasting slop usually means that the person couldn't be bothered to filter out garbage, but wants to look smart anyway.

Zed seems pretty focused right now. Problem is the editing experience is still not as good as Cursor (1.0). This move will create a vacuum. If Zed can't rise to the challenge, someone else will.
