To me it's more that I'm unwilling to take on any more subscriptions. They all seem small in isolation, but they accumulate into a meaningful sum.

Something similar happened to me about three months ago. I can no longer access my account. Attempting to open the app on any device results in a black screen and UI that errors whenever I interact with it. Hopefully now that it's a mo

That sounds more difficult to me. You need to create a pipeline to migrate all existing users to your new pricing model, and you need to create all the messaging around that in all different languages. Seems it would be easier if it was jus

I don't know about that. I used to play a lot of point-and-click adventure games as a kid. I think those developed my problem-solving skills. It was certainly a better use of my time than watching cartoons.

I once tried to post an image to Discord over and over, only to keep receiving one of those "there's been a problem" messages. It turned out the untextured 3D pig's head in my image was tripping Discord's porno filt

I thought you were going to say you built a tool for sharing any list of websites, although I guess that might take a little bit longer than a day. This is still cool though! Congrats on overcoming your perfectionism.

To me, two-space will often break the flow of the text while reading, because the gap between the period and the next word often exceeds the gap between the current line and the next line down. The gestalt theory of perception explains how

The SE was the best phone I ever had, and even though the screen was smaller, I rarely made typos. Copying and pasting text was a breeze. I can't even tell how I'm supposed to select text correctly on my new iPhone. I think I need

No I just thought he was implying normals were hard to generate. In your case you need a couple more steps: generate uvs and render to texture.

Generating normals is not particularly difficult once you have triangles. I believe the method is to take one corner of the triangle, get the two vectors pointing towards the two other corners, and then get the cross product of these two ve

Worth watching is the moment Shatner tries to explain his experience to Bezos, and Bezos barely listens. A portrait of two very different men. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1AilPvC37c

I feel like this is going to result in a generation of adults with absolutely awful taste. Imagine if your favourite childhood show was, like, a poorly animated spiderman-driving-a-car video on YouTube.
