If you're interested in low-level systems concepts and learning how to write exploits: I highly recommend Modern Binary Exploitation by RPISEC. [0]: http://security.cs.rpi.edu/courses/binexp-spring2015/

The cries for large tech corporations to moderate their content in ways that would make them something like thought-police has always baffled me. Though I understand that it is unhealthy for society to give a platform for violent right-wing

For those of you who were not here when this happened: The police decided not to respond the actual 911 calls in or _near_ the CHOP (the auto shop was a block _away_, not within) was a retaliatory tactic they employed out of spite. Knowing

Can you provide a source on "FB being a part of PRISM"? I can't find anything concrete to substantiate the claim.

On one level, Trump's statements about mail-in voting are just flatly untrue, pure propaganda, and completely irresponsible. But isn't it weird as well how much people are willing to let these massive tech companies essentially be

Yes, it's still a 6-month cycle - but FB is still aggressively hiring. Though they are pretty maxed out at the IC3 level for 2020.
