I don't think anyone at HN is ready for the zombie apocalypse. Let's vote the right way.

You can't argue with the video. We need a blog like this where 3 year olds try to use software, hardware, or websites. That'll be fun.

If we follow your logic, Felix, we would've not built that capsule you jumped from, or those cameras that followed you, or that control station that monitored you or nothing as a matter of fact. And how is your jump teaching anything about

I see. It seems to me the advantage of using bootstrap is that the final product has a look and feel that's familiar to twitter users. Therefore, it's implicitly comfortable and intuitive to use. Thanks Niel and good luck with kenHub

Thanks for the detailed list. I have many follow ups but I don't wanna bother you much so I narrowed it down to two: 1- What percentage is Twitter Bootstrap driving your UI? In other words was it just a plug and play or did you have to over

Kudos to the dev team. I like the web, sound and animation of the site/demo. Very clean. Do you mind sharing your dev stack and tools?

+1 for the coding effort. However, generally speaking, stories are anchored in time and don't need live changes. Think of a birthday, marriage, or graduation for example. He's selling point is wrong. This should be more targeted to niche

I am guilty of that as well. When I am passionate it usually mean that I want to scratch an itch. But now I think that passion is something that comes after you put a lot of effort on the subject matter. BTW, I submitted Cuban's post to H

As was intrigued by that uncommon advice "don't follow your passion, follow your effort" but after I read Mark Cuban's post I'd say he's right. What do you guys think? Link to blog post: http://blogmaverick.com/2012/03/18/dont-follow-your

I don't agree that the industry is saying that ideas are worthless. Let's not forget that the "no idea" entry in the last batch of YC funding was experimental, which I am curious to find out what came out of it and what were the results. A

This is an interesting article. In an ad driven startup ecosystem, we forget that landing a brand relationship is hard and takes a long time. Even mastodons like Facebook and Twitter need a huge amount of time to land those deals. I am ques

I would personally pay $15-$20 if need be. And A/B testing on the prices won't be fair to the B category. Don't you think :)

Brilliant. What was your major set back from day 0 till now and how did you overcome it? I am asking you because I need some inspiration here. When I usually hit couple of set backs I tend to demoralize and give up.

I think product visionary is not a full time job. You don't work out a vision with a pen and paper. Product visions are like good ideas, they always hit you when you are doing something completely different.
