Right? I came here to post the exact same thing. My animal brain kicked in immediately at the $800 a year and thought "woah, why is it so much?" Then I realized that's just $65 or so year.

We sail on little Lake Harriet. The community is really active there, and from what I'm told it's a little more interesting than Calhoun as the winds are much more variable. That's due to all the obstructions and variation around the lake
