In my humble opinion, firing off an email is a lost cause. HR folks are blasted all the time and it's really hard for them to "separate the wheat from the chaff" as they say. Your idea of getting in touch with the employees is the right dir

If you can let it run without it taking your time, then let it run. You never know what could happen in 6 months or a year. I have a few websites that I completely ignored and just let run, over time some of them slowly but steadily starte

In my opinion your best bet is the MacBook Pro (with a SSD). It gives you a ton of the *nix commands + the ability to easily run Windows or Linux natively or via a VM. Plus the hardware quality is top notch.

Thanks Klez, this does look like pretty damn close. The reason I really love 1Password is that it works on Android and iOS too, giving you a truly central password manager.

That's why I ended up building my own domain checker, it takes a keyword and queries for .com, .org, .us, .me and .co + it looks up to see if the Twitter username is taken or not. Also highly recommend DomainTyper ( http://domaintyper.com
