Am I the only one who does NOT feel unsafe in SF at all ? I mean, I choose not to walk in TL and SOMA at night. But why would anyone feel unsafe in North Beach, Marina, Russian Hill, Richmond, Sunset, GG park, Lower Haight, Valencia etc. I

A random act of violence can happen anywhere. Objectively, SF is not a dangerous city when it comes to violent crimes. In 2000s, SF was indeed a violent city with triple digit murders.

My Tesla still phantom brakes. And Tesla has been trying to solve it for, what 10 years ? My rain sensor also barely works. I have seen enough FSD videos and all the scary things it does. There is no way it will be ready to solve the last 1

Two things I would add to your list: - CEQA reform to now allow single individuals to hold up project - State level zoning guidance (similar to SB 9 / SB 50), where if a developer meets certain zoning guidance, local communities cannot
