Good point. Do you have any insight on how much I should be giving him? Obviously I plan to retain 51% and leave the rest for funding. I obviously cant offer him much, is there a standard?

I have not received from Angel Investors currently but I made a a couple pitches to some In Chicago and also received great advice from a highly respected investment banker in NYC. That being said make sure you have a clear path to revenue,

Catering your site to everyone rather than females only is certainly a better approach for what your trying to do. There are plenty of times where I ask female friends which shirt they like better on me or shoes etc. It inspires confidence

Although I dont have a percentage for you, I think your right. With a new launch, you always want to stay conservative with your evaluation. It also depends on what you have launched. Is your product something thats going to generate a buzz
