Good chair and regular breaks (with a pomodoro timer) to walk or do some exercises. Standing for a long time actually takes toll on your knees and other joints so you need breaks and exercises too.

Failure is a part of the game. If you get demoralized this game is not for you. Simple as that. It's OK to feel bad for a while, however. Typically failed founders found something new. Targeted, simple, niche. Learn from your failure.
