You want the oninput event, but IE < 10 has horrible support for it. Figuring out when the input value has changed is a lot more complicated than picking one of onkeyup/down/pressed.

I really hope this is a commentary on how "flat" design is just an aesthetic. You can make your UI horrible or non-horrible whether you employ "flat" design or not.

That is an absolutely ludicrous explanation. Nobody is using the iPod app and expecting to get to the store. That short cut is purely there to collect accidental clicks. If I wanted to purchase music, I would have opened the iTunes app. I h

Obviously you are limited in how much data you can encode in with your available Tweet length... All urls on Twitter are shortened with t.co to 22/23 characters (depending on https) so the url is not a limit.

Actually it does mention that. FTA Throughout the game, you're given opportunities to manipulate the markets. Some missions, for example, require that you kill the CEO of a company. You could, theoretically, buy the stock of that comp

All those effects still have a place in a "flat" design. They're just more subtle and you actually have to go look for them instead of being distracted by them. Their main purpose is to create affordance for UI elements. For

Maybe I'm missing something, but why does Javascript require new hardware? Can you not run whatever software this is running on another µC... say the one on an Arduino board? Obviously the drivers are different but you have to write th

Guess how much RAM the PS3 and 360 have. PS3: 256MB for the Cell and GPU each 360: 512MB shared I don't think Ouya is worth anything, but comparing RAM sizes is almost useless.

This library uses jQuery events which are synchronous. I.e. the event handler's callstack will include the triggerer a few levels up. Not any harder to debug than a direct call version.
