You can use Time Machine to automatically back up your MacBook to the Time Capsule, and as .../MobileSync/Backup/ will obviously be a part of that backup, your iPod backups will come along for the ride as well.

Most people don't seem to know this, but you basically can cut and paste in the Finder. First copy the files you want, then move them instead of pasting (Command-Option-V). This gives you the same behavior without the confusion/da

I agree. Blogs were designed to be "web logs", after all, and I think in a lot of cases trying to shoehorn technical writing into a blog's inherently journal-like format is a bad idea. I much prefer it when people simply main

What issues in particular did you have with PDFs on the Kindle? If it was the low resolution for images and such, the Paperwhite and Voyage have higher DPI displays (212 and 300, respectively, versus the original Kindle's 167). I'

They keep a more extensive internal work log regarding your repair than what is listed on your invoice, so if you call there's a good chance they can look through your history and see whether they identified it as a graphics issue.

Interesting. I'd like to see a similar test for OS X - at least anecdotally, Chrome seems to destroy my battery life compared to Safari (though to what extent App Nap helps Safari in that regard, I'm not certain.)

I like it, but I wouldn't mind an option to customize the line spacing and font colors (alternating colors, maybe?) - it's pretty dense to skim through.
