If you're doing anything animation related, there is no point in using React's useState because it causes re-renders. The right approach here is to use useRef.

I am curious to read more about the risks, but don't plan to make this trade. Could you share a few points just to give me a direction to dig deeper?

¥8M is common now and I know plenty of people with salaries going for over ¥10M, but very few go over ¥20M and even less for ¥30M. I would suggest you to re-evaluate your market opportunities if you are an Engineer getting paid ¥5M in Japan

It seems you are the one confused. If you present any ads on your website (Google or not) then you have ad revenue. The less traffic that comes to your website, the more that impacts your traffic thus directly affecting your ad revenue. The

That's my point? If the product is scraping the data and presenting it on their website like ChatGPT and Google, then that's effectively the same as taking away the ad revenue from those websites because they aren't getting t

All I have to say is, as technologists, anyone who is criticizing ChatGPT and has not been criticizing Google is a hypocrite. It's well known Google tries to keep you on Google by parsing more and more information from websites and sum

How does an L9 SE get laid off? I don't know much about the expectations, but if you're that high level then you're probably taking risks. Sometimes those risks pay off, sometimes they don't. Moreover, sometimes you just

It's not a great place to get help anymore. My career has progressed since I first started, so most of my questions require more open ended format which often gets flagged. Ex, when I first started, I would ask things like how do I do
