I've been using Sparrow since I got my MBP, and I haven't found any better solution yet.

I met a person in San Jose who told me they were from the city, and I asked "Oh nice, me too! Which part are you from?" He named some unheard of district, and I kept asking questions to try to pinpoint where it was, and I found ou

It's the bay area, but we break it up into South bay, and East bay to easily pinpoint the location we are referring to. "She's from somewhere in the East bay", but it's still the bay area; But you don't use it

It's just very unintuitive and it deviates from the popular and most accepted paradigm. I would think Google drive syncs your actual files, and that it would just choose Google Docs as its default editor.

There's a marketing opportunity here for Dropbox. "Dropbox, we sync all your files, not just the links to them."

So since Apple isn't smearing anyone, does that mean they're the trend setters?

I'll rather pay an artist to paint me a nice piece using store bought paint than making his/her own paint. Each programmer is great in their own right.

I'm not sure if I would say that a deeper knowledge of a language would make "better products".

What kind of technology stack are you guys using? Also, is your system constantly being improved to detect these things or was it just a onetime setup kind of thing?

Well, I think the lines begin to blur with these cohesive technology stacks that only use one programming language. I code that is run on the server and not in the browser is considered "backend".

When your application gets big enough, you'll need to split these roles and find more specialized people. Web is a big thing, and it's getting bigger with the introduction of MV* front-end frameworks.

Traditionally, I defined backend as server side programming basically anything that is run on the server before it reaches the browser. Since front-end engineers know JavaScript already, they can just effectively make an abstraction that

It is definitely a saturated space. However, only a few competitors are agnostic to platforms (Splurgy, RaffleCopter, gleam.io, and a few others). Other competitors such as OfferPop, Woobox, Shortstack, and etc... are all Facebook centric w

I learned that in life, you only don't have time if you don't make time for it. Don't take it the wrong way; For all I know, you might be saving the world behind the scenes.

I got 11 minutes and 14 seconds. Is that slow? The answer to my last solution was like this: function arraySum(i) { var total = 0 for(var x=0; x < i.length; x++) { if(typeof i[x] == 'object') { arraySum(i[x])
