Every institution with a big enough research budget gives SBIR grants. I got money from NASA last year (project didn’t work out, unfortunately).

The SBIR program is essentially what you describe… though with a research bent. Virtually zero red tape with a Phase I grant (apart from the application itself).

My dad still whines about Peter Frampton due to his time on a submarine in the late 70s. Could only take so much vinyl out to sea and I guess shanties were out of fashion haha. I personally tend to listen to full albums repetitively. Lately

Gawker was bought during bankruptcy. I don’t think there was any new content for many years. Since Weinstein was mentioned, I have to admit I read Gawker and therefore was not surprised when hearing the allegations against him in the broade

Any sort of plugin architecture, e.g. VST audio plugins. Often there's an interface which you could implement directly, or you could inherit from an abstract class which provides some common functionality. I like this because it stress

I’ve worked with people who stick to “only one return statement per function”. Super annoying.

Also, it seems like the author might not be aware that the FT of a Gaussian is another Gaussian. I implemented this method (Timmer and Konig) a few months ago, and I think there are some other statistical tricks that work out nice for Gauss
