i very much agree, products don't tend to last as long as they do anymore, and servicing them tends to cost close to the cost of new ones.. 2-3 years ago I got new sony led tv and my wife was under the impression it would be our TV for

i dabbled with some J2ME development back in the day when palm pilots were cool, i even made a basic app for the original (early 2000-ish ) Motorola Razer.. it's not easy at all... i haven't looked for community resources for J2

i might be wrong but if it's a tax deduction, doesn't that just reduce his tax liability by some percentage of the $800, so more like 20-30% depending upon his tax bracket? That way the $800 is only worth maybe $200 - $300.. A tax

can you do that on other networks? most of the phone reps say you can't use a smartphone without a dataplan, since "everything goes over data" as they say.. my wife would love a smartphone, but not the dataplan...
