I would like to know if you think the problem is AirBnB or the lack of building new houses. I find a lot of people who complain AirBnB drives up rent, but also believe building more units won't push down rents.

Images and links in the E-mails are set up with trackers, so they won't load when people are on my network. Additionally most of the actionable links in emails go through trackers before they take you where you need to go.
