Ok fascinating. If you like the design aesthetics I fear you won't be satisfied unless you build one yourself... I'm more concerned about entry angles, water crossing depth etc (it rains a lot on bad roads where I live). Also safe

Which performance aspects of the FJ40 aren't addressed by modern 4WDs? Is it just nostalgia? Or do you genuinely want a car that has readily removable doors and windscreen?

Right. So I imagine the OP would like a reliable service and not have to keep playing whack-a-mole chasing unauthorised sources. A lot of the 10ft apps available on e.g. Amazon Fire TV etc fall short here too - I don't want to keep sel

Does anyone have any insight as to whether this 2% additional cost can/will trigger the banks to reassess borrowers and potentially hit them with a margin call? If it doesn't drive forced sales I can't see the prices falling

There is a lot of speculation that Chinese buyers are driving up the Canadian market. I have no insight to whether this is true but leaving homes vacant does correlate with my observations - Asian and especially Chinese property buyers valu

For what its worth, the cheap Brother printers use a binary blob driver for Linux which only has x86 drivers. So don't get caught thinking you can use your ARM Raspberry Pi or Synology NAS as a low power print server...

Got it thanks. Interesting. So do the usual router suspects (Cisco, Juniper etc) own this market? Does Google/AWS roll their own solutions? Any interesting startups taking them on?
